Simon Legald
Simon Legald (b. 1986) is a Danish designer and head of the design department at Normann Copenhagen. After graduating from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2012, Legald began his long and successful collaboration with Normann Copenhagen. Its designs combine traditional craftsmanship and industrial techniques, with a focus on modern simplicity and the right balance between functionality and aesthetics. One of Legald's best-known works is the Form chair collection, which won the iF Design Award in 2016.
